Having been exercise-phobic for most of my life, it was going to take something exceptional to change things around, and I discovered this in Harriet!!
Her online bootcamps are a perfect balance of exercises, well considered and structured. Harriet delivers with professionalism, enthusiasm, support, care and plenty of positivity (without being annoying or saccharine!). She knows how to push you, safely, to get results and takes great care to respond to the needs of each of us in her classes. She also offers free workshops on posture, using foam rollers etc, which I have found invaluable.
I feel very lucky to have found Harriet, she has nurtured and developed a new love of fitness which positively affects every part of my life - I feel stronger and fitter than I ever have, so THANK YOU from my newly strengthened core!!

I’ve been training with Harriet for the last 8 years. It's the longest I’ve ever committed to exercise. I’ve started lots of classes but always got bored and never stuck at anything long term. Harriet is different, she somehow makes you want to do it! I think its a combination of her belief in you and that her classes are never ever the same so you just can’t get bored but mainly its because she truly cares for you, body & soul. Cannot recommend her enough. She’s brilliant!

I have been training with Harriet for several years and I absolutely love it! No training session is the same because she puts so much time and thought into each one and listens to suggestions. Harriet pushes you hard but does it in a fun and caring way. She also gives great nutritional advice. My attitude to fitness has changed completely thanks to Harriet.
